I am honored to be able to serve as a delegate for the USCCB’s Convocation of Catholic Leaders from July 1-4, 2017 in Orlando, Florida. I had the opportunity to sit down with Colleen Dulle from Catholic News Service to reflect upon how the Church will form missionary disciples for our own time and season. The greatest heralds of the gospel will be parents, grandparents, siblings, coworkers, fellow students and parishioners who are equipped to bring the message of the gospel to the world in a way that engages the culture around us and claims more people for Christ. This is an exciting time in the life of the Church as we shake off our complacency and set out into deeper water for an abundant catch!
