📣 An Announcement from Fr. Mark:Last weekend, we announced at Mass that Fr. Leandro was asked by Archbishop Lori to take on a new assignment as the associate pastor of St. Joseph, Cockeysville, which will begin on January 1, 2026.For the past four and half years, we have had the opportunity to walk with him in our life of faith, and he certainly has had a tremendous impact through his faithful priestly ministry. He has brought his Brazilian flair and flip flop philosophy to engage us in discipleship and make known the presence of Christ to so many souls in need. He will be truly missed.Since we have so many events planned in the coming weeks in preparation for Christmas, we will be inviting him back in the next few months after he has settled into his new parish. We will then be able show our appreciation and demonstrate our thanks in a more formal manner with Mass and a reception. We also learned that Archbishop Lori has assigned Fr. Jose Aguayo as our new associate pastor, which is also effective January 1, 2026. He is from Guadalajara, Mexico and will begin his ministry here in the United States. Please keep both Fr. Leandro and Fr. Jose in your prayers as they prepare for these new chapters in their ministry! ... See MoreSee Less
