We are a community of Catholic Christian believers, in communion with the Archdiocese of Baltimore. In the spirit of love, hospitality and social justice, we serve the people of the greater Westminster area.

We believe that through the faith we share, we become family to one another in Jesus. Through education, evangelization, charity and service, we are called to use our diverse gifts to grow together and encounter Jesus in word and sacrament.

Word From our Pastor

Welcome! We are called to grow in our faith, be formed as disciples and help transform the world by the joy of the gospel. You are invited to join our parish family as we head to deeper waters, experience the presence of Christ and encourage one another to live a life worthy of the call we have received.  He is calling, let’s respond together as, “one body, one spirit in Christ.”

Fr. Mark’s Homily for Mass of Reparation

Here is Fr. Mark’s homily: Hope Has Two Daughters that he delivered at our Mass of Reparation here at Saint John on Tuesday, September 18th. “We remove our outer garments, wrap a towel around our waists and wash the feet of those who have been the victim of godless deeds, whose innocence was lost, whose voices were not heard and whose lives have been shattered.”

We Stand With You!

"Let me be abundantly clear...we stand with you! This betrayal of trust has been both 'criminal and morally reprehensible.'There is no place within the priesthood for those who harm children or prey on the innocent and vulnerable. There is no place for a shepherd of the Church who has failed to act on credible accusations. We stand with those who have been tragically affected by abuse. Only the Light of truth, transparency and accountability will begin the delicate task of piecing together those lives that have been shattered. We fully commit ourselves to the rebuilding of the Church to ensure that his plague will no longer ravage the Body of Christ." Please read Fr. Mark's full letter HERE.
