Eucharistic Procession and Cookout

We’re excited to welcome the travelers with the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage to St. John this summer! Our parish community will have the opportunity to participate in a small part of the pilgrimage as we continue the journey with a Eucharistic procession and an outdoor cookout!

Eucharistic Procession | 5pm
Join the Perpetual Pilgrims and the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s seminarians for a Eucharistic procession from St. John to the historic cemetery in Downtown Westminster. The Procession will then return to St. John and end with Benediction.
Total distance: 2.2 miles

Cookout | 6:30pm (following the Procession)
Enjoy delicious food in the St. John parking lot! Bring your own blankets and chairs. This dinner is free with free-will offerings accepted.
Rain Location: The Portico

Please register to attend these events!

This historic Eucharistic procession across America features four different routes, all converging at the end in Indianapolis for the 10th National Eucharistic Congress. The Archdiocese of Baltimore is featured on the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Route, the Eastern arm of the pilgrimage. Throughout their journey, they will be making stops at various religious sites.
