Our policy is informed by the Carroll County Public Schools.

MONDAY – FRIDAY

1 HR or 2 HR Delay: 7 am Mass will be cancelled, 9:00 am Mass will be celebrated as scheduled and the parish office will open on time (10:00 am).

CLOSED: 7:00 am and 9:00 am Masses are cancelled. The parish office will be closed and all parish events are cancelled with a re-evaluation by 12pm.
WEEKEND
Weekends will be determined by the pastor or by an announcement from the archbishop.

During the occurrence of winter weather it is our first priority to keep our parish family safe.

We certainly recognize the deep desire for the celebration of Mass and reception of the Eucharist; however, we must be considerate of our staff and volunteers who would have to navigate hazardous conditions before sidewalks and roadways are treated by local government.

Our campus must also be cleared and properly treated. When we get a measurable snow or icing event cars and pedestrians become obstacles for our snow removal company, which also compounds the hours and parish resources needed to make our campus safe.
